Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

This workshop is based on research and best practices in the area of sexual harassment prevention and response in the workplace. This workplace is unique because it approaches this issue by exploring the negative cultural constructions of sexuality. Through interactive discussion and activities, participants team about not only personal impacts of workplace harassment, but also understand how this can lead to unhealthy work environments. Participants leave with tools to address conflict, clarify boundaries, and understand the role ​that bystanders can play.

Hosted by Calgary Centre for Sexual Health and is appropriate for bars, music festivals and entertainment venues.

A comparison of how conventional fixtures can drastically differ from using the various LED source fixtures. See the differences or similarities on scenery, talent and costumes and how it may change how the audience sees the show. We will be using a range of popular fixtures from a number of manufacturers to display the difference from Tungsten, and between different LED engines.
